Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions:
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached
• Custom, personalized, or final sale items cannot be returned
• Return shipping cost is borne by the buyer

Process:
1. Contact us at servies@amherstudio.cn within 7 days of delivery
2. We will provide return shipping instructions
3. Refund will be processed after we receive the returned item

Exceptions:
• Items damaged due to improper use are not eligible for return
• We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments

Note: This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
